Sofia has a long journey in Diaverum. She started working as a staff nurse in Diaverum Portugal in 2003.
In 2014, Sofia joined the Diaverum Integration Nurse project for Saudi Arabia, becoming a nurse manager in 2015. For four years, she worked on recruitment, training and development of new nurses. Standardization and Integration of procedures. During her time in Saudi, she played a key role on the integration of 31 clinics.
In 2018, she accepted a new challenge in Latin America, until 2019, she worked in Argentina as Nursing Director mainly on Procedures implementation and development of the nursing team.
In 2020, Sofia moved to Brazil as a Nursing Director.
Before joining the Integration Nurse Project for Saudi, she worked as a Surgical Cardiothoracic and Paediatric Cardiology Nurse in Santa Cruz Hospital.
Sofia has a Nursing Degree from the Nursing University of Lisbon.
