Diaverum Brazil has announced the acquisition of a new clinic in the East Zone of São Paulo, expanding its capacity to provide renal care that improves the quality of life for patients in the region.

The newly acquired clinic features 46 fully equipped dialysis stations, where a specialized team will offer hemodialysis treatment to approximately 270 patients. Additionally, the clinic is ready for expansion, which will result in a 66% increase in the region's treatment capacity.

The main focus will be to serve patients from the public health system (SUS), also offering a multidisciplinary approach with specialized consultations, nutritional support, and social services to ensure comprehensive care.

Diaverum Brazil's expansion

With this acquisition, Diaverum Brazil now operates 11 clinics and a Vascular Access Center in the country, with more than 1,350 employees dedicated to caring for over 4,440 patients annually.
