Luciano Bonaldo assumed the position of Country Manager Brazil in January 2021, becoming responsible for the entire operation in Brazil.
Since then, he reports to Rafael Romanini, who also took over the new position of Iberia Latam VP, and became responsible for operations in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay.
These organizational changes represent the strengthening of Diaverum's regional structures, ensuring greater agility in the decision-making process, greater collaboration between teams and development of best practices in both regions and countries. In addition to creating a robust platform for the execution of our sustainable growth strategy, enabling us to offer quality life services to more and more patients around the world.

Luciano has started at Diaverum in November 2019 and with a solid experience in the healthcare, is contributing to consolidate Diaverum's business and strategies in Brazil.

With a successful career history, before joining Diaverum, Luciano served as Latam Marketing & Commercial Excellence Director and General Manager Brazil at BSN Medical Healthcare.
Currently, Luciano lives with his family in São Paulo, where he is based.
